EMREX in Sweden

Ladok is the student information system for storage and management of academic records in Sweden. It is developed and maintained by the Ladok Consortium, consisting of 40 Swedish higher education institutions. Each HEI is responsible for their own information, stored in a common database. A list of the members of the consortium is available here.

Ladok will provide the information on student achievements.

TECHNICAL SETUP

The EMREX Data Provider (EMP) in Sweden is hosted at a single location as part of the Ladok system, covering all of the higher education institutions who are members of the Ladok Consortium.

The EMP will handle student login through the SWAMID federation. The student’s personal identity number will be used to identify the student.

The Ladok system in Sweden also includes a EMREX Client (EMC) located at https://www.student.ladok.se/student/app/emrexwebb. All students that have login information can here retrieve transcripts of records from studies abroad.
